Maneskin Iggy Pop il featuring di cui vi abbiamo parlato giusto paio di giorni fa in questo articolo è ora ufficiale.
La band, attualmente tra i 13 artisti più ascoltati al mondo su Spotify con più di 51 milioni di ascoltatori mensili e oltre 2 miliardi e mezzo di streaming totali su tutte le piattaforme digitali, ha annunciato oggi questa inedita, inaspettata e straordinaria collaborazione sul singolo I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE con la leggenda del rock Iggy Pop.
I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE uscirà venerdì 6 agosto 2021 in digitale e, contemporaneamente, sarà fuori anche un vinile 45 giri in edizione limitata contenente il brano nella versione con Iggy Pop (lato A) e la traccia originale (lato B).

Victoria, Damiano, Thomas e Ethan collaborano così con uno dei più trasgressivi e iconici personaggi della storia della musica contemporanea, che con la band The Stooges, è entrato nella gloriosa Rock’n Roll Hall Of Fame e che di recente ha ricevuto un Grammy Award per la sua eccezionale carriera.
Iggy Pop vanta negli anni sodalizi indimenticabili come quello con David Bowie e con altre pietre miliari della musica dei più diversi generi, dai Simple Minds ai Green Day, da Alice Cooper ai New Order, Ryuichi Sakamoto e Queens of the Stone Age.
